Ali lives in north Auckland with her family. She grew up on a farm in the Bay of Plenty and attributes her love of nature to a childhood spent roaming outdoors, where her family grew most of the food for the table. Seeing her grandparents live well into their 90’s gave her first-hand evidence of the benefits of a healthy lifestyle.
She moved to Auckland in 2000, and managed one of the country’s largest cooking schools. When her youngest left primary school she returned to study for a Bachelor of Naturopathic & Herbal Medicine, to make a positive impact in the disease prevention space.
Ali’s health plans are personalised and underpinned by the latest medical research. Areas of experience and interest include anxiety & mental health, chronic stress & burnout, inflammation & toxicity, peri/menopause and women’s health.
Educating and optimising people’s health is a personal mission. Ali received the honour of Best Clinical Practitioner award in 2023.
When not with clients she can be found researching, cooking, supporting her husband and children in their sporting endeavours, or planting and weeding their lifestyle property.
